The Rose & Crown Rocks Again

Thankfully after an 18 month Covid break BOD are back. Perhaps even better, both BOD groups appeared in a great Street Party event at the Rose & Crown in Cuckfield to mark the return of live music.

In all 5 groups contributed to a great afternoon of music starting at 12 noon on Bank Holiday Monday 30th august 2021

The raised decking was made for performance and believe you me, the stage really rocked (literally). I’m not sure if it was designed for 8 middle aged man bouncing around including an exuberant bagpiper for the AC/DC classic, It’s A Long Way To The Top.

There were many old favourites as well as the new Sweet Jean Vincent by Ian Dury that proved to be an instant hit.

BOD are booking up for the rest of the year and beyond and have some exciting plans ahead and many new songs. Dates will be published soon.
