The Ansty Village Centre

What more could a new venue want than the unique experience of BOD.

It was the venue’s first live music venue and they were naturally getting worried when they saw all the equipment being brought in. The nervousness soon dissipated when the DJ started on the tunes readying the expectant crowd for a dose of BOD (that is not a medical condition by the way).

BOD’s regular following again put in a big effort to get the atmosphere built with some great dancing. All the newcomers seemed to get BOD and were appreciative of the mixed and lively sets lists.

The regular favourites were interspersed with some new classics such as Oliver’s Army, Echo Beach and Sweet Gene Vincent.

It was a great evening and over too soon literally!!! We didn’t even have time for Pulp’s common People for the first time ever in the last 5 years. A shame but good fun and BOD gaining a few more converts to the cause.
