Great Gig at the Wheatsheaf

We recently played Live Music at the Wheatsheaf in Cuckfield which turned out to be a fantastic night and very busy.  The Band of Dads brand of Rock, Indie and Punk (RIP) went down a storm.  It was a bit of a squeeze for us with the guitarists and singers almost being swallowed by the crowd, but that all added to the electric atmosphere.  At one point early on a very excited member of the audience thought they were being helpful by standing on the guitarist effect pedals giving some interesting results.  Bod T Shirts were in abundance and the band were on excellent form.

Just to add to the excitement Elvis turned up and helped Jez sing Blue Suede Shoes and our Bagpipers (thanks Kev and Iain) turned up on queue to help us with It's a long way to the top if you want to Rock n Roll by AC\DC.  By the time we got to our last song Common People everyone was on their feet dancing.  Luckily we had DJ Steve Black ready to take over and he kept the audience going until midnight (or maybe even a bit after).

Luckily if you weren't able to make it or even if you were and want a reminder professional photographer Adam who is an experienced gig photographer captured the events and the shots can be seen here.  Adam is contactable here https://www.facebook.com/adamlockerphotography and Instagram @adamlockerphotography (He also does Weddings and Parties).
